Approve or reject a request


  • Administrators: Approve or reject requests to create, edit, delete or revoke users, accounts, groups, and whitelists.
  • Operators: Approve or reject transaction requests.

Before you start

  • Learn how to Work with requests before getting started.
  • Your Ledger Blue Enterprise must be connected to your computer, switched on, and the Ledger Vault app opened.


  1. On the Dashboard, open a request which is awaiting your approval.
  2. Review the details of the request and make sure you're satisfied with the settings.
  3. For transactions, make sure the address and the amount are correct as it's not possible to reverse a transaction once the request approved.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To approve:
      1. Click Approve....
      2. Verify that the information displayed on your device is accurate. If it's not, either try again or contact Support.

      3. Tap Approve on the device.
    • To reject:
      1. Click Reject.
      2. Click Reject again to confirm.
    • Rejecting a request is effective immediately and doesn't require any approval from other Administrators.
